I fell in love with Deynecourt Gardens after my very first viewingit ticked all the boxes I was searching for. Being within the catchment for the excellent Nightingale Primary School was top of my list, and the benefit of off-street parking and a garage solved the parking challenges I had at my last home.
The 10-minute walk to Wanstead Station made my commute so easy, and quick access to the motorway was another huge bonus.
One of my favourite things about living here has been the lush greenery that surrounds Wanstead Village. The Roding Valley Park, which backs onto the property, became my go-to for morning walks and runs before work.
The large garden was a must-have for usits hosted many family BBQs and get-togethers. Being semi-detached with a garage gave us the space and storage we needed as a growing family. Its been a wonderful home, filled with memories.
